Women on Weights 2.0 is a NEW fee-based program for females wanting to get more out of their strength training workouts. Whatever your goal might be in the weight room, this program will offer weekly discussion topics to benefit your training. Participants will practice various training principles and intensity techniques while learning to customize their training regime. A functional movement screen is recommended prior to starting the program. Sign up for a screening at the Front Desk for $15.00.

Women on Weights is open to intermediate and/or experienced weight lifters. The class is offered on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:00pm. The cost is $79.oo plus tax for the six-week course and a minimum of 10 participants is required to hold the class.
