The next Move It Lose It sessions will be February 15 – March 25, 2016. This six-week exercise and weight management class combines the expertise of Exercise Physiologists and Group Fitness Instructors with that of a Registered Dietitian and gets real results for you!

Registration begins on Monday, February 1, 2016 and continues through noon on Friday, Feb. 12. You will enjoy working out in a supportive, small group setting three times each week. Each week your small group will also meet for 30 minutes with staff dietitian, Sandy Holterhaus to learn sensible, long-term weight management strategies and healthy eating tips.

Sessions are offered at 5:30-6:30am, 9:00-10:00am and 5:00-6:00pm. Move It Lose It six-week sessions cost $140+tax and are limited to six participants. Sign up today!
