Beginning June 3, join Dixie on Wednesdays, 5:35-6:20pm in the High Court for F.A.S.T. This class emphasizes basic full body movements to gain muscle strength and power. Slower paced weight training will be done, along with interval training techniques to improve cardiovascular fitness. The class uses a mix of equipment including battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, and sandbells. No previous experience necessary. Reserve your spot at the front desk. Maximum class size is 20.
