Have you thought about trying RC N.O.W? Rec Center No Ordinary Workout may be just what you are looking for! RC N.O.W. is an eight week, six day a week sweat dripping, fun program that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Registration runs February 16 – February 27 for the session beginning March 2.

Classes are offered Monday through Friday 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 11:30 am, and 4:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am
