The next Move It & Lose It (MILI) session runs February 16 – March 27. This six-week program combines the expertise of fitness specialists and a registered dietician to help you meet your fitness goals. Sessions will be offered at 5:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 5:00 PM & 6:00 PM. Registration is now open and will close at noon on Friday, February 13.
